RETURN & REFUND POLICY (AOSR DESIGN)

Returns

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Because each garment is 1/1 and individually reworked or constructed, every item may include slight variations from photos or previous versions. These differences are part of the design process and are not considered defects.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition. All return shipments must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Packaging materials
  • Any loss or damage during return shipping

Refunds

Refund amounts are determined based on the condition of the returned item after inspection.

  • If the item is returned in the same condition it was sent, a full product refund will be issued
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If the item shows damage, wear, or alteration, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly

All returned items will be evaluated before refunds are processed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All items are either:

  • Made to order, or
  • Individually reworked pieces

Processing times may vary depending on the item, but customers will be notified if delays occur.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, AOSR DESIGN is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Customs delays (if applicable)

PRODUCT VARIATION DISCLAIMER

Each item is individually constructed or reworked. As a result:

  • No two garments are exactly identical
  • Slight variations in distressing, fabric placement, or detailing may occur
  • These variations are intentional and part of the design identity

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that each piece is unique.

TERMS OF SERVICE (SHORT VERSION)

By purchasing from AOSR DESIGN, you agree to:

  • The return and refund policy stated above
  • The understanding that products are handmade or individually modified
  • The possibility of variation between product images and final item received

AOSR DESIGN reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.
